All of our furniture is built to order in Pennsylvania.
Contact us via email with your specifications. We’ll return a custom quote for your piece which we can then revise to include specific details.
To place an order – return the final quote via fax or email with your signed approval and a 50% deposit (Visa, MC, check).
Pre-approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping.
Freight must be prepaid and product must arrive in as-new condition.
Balance is due when the piece is completed and ready to ship in about eight weeks.
Pennsylvania customers without a resale number are required to pay state sales tax.
All of our furniture ships via common carrier, white glove service which includes packaging, insurance and inside delivery. We can furnish you with a freight quote or you can provide your own transportation. Freight carriers require payment at time of deliverys.
Many of our materials are reclaimed and our finishes are applied by hand - this creates a patina unique to each piece. We’re happy to provide finish samples on request.
All of our furniture is guaranteed free of defects in workmanship.
