GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION Groundwork Group, LLC sells to the trade only. By placing an order, you are stating that you are an owner or representative of a valid retail business and that you are making wholesale, tax-exempt purchases for resale. All orders must be faxed or emailed to Groundwork on your company letterhead or purchase order form and include buyers signature. We cannot accept phone orders. MINIMUM ORDER Minimum opening order is $500. Minimum reorder is $200. Orders placed below this minimum are subject to approval and surcharge. PAYMENT -All new accounts are strictly COD or credit card (Visa or Master Card). -Net 30 terms may be granted on follow up orders with the submission of a credit sheet containing financial institution information and at least three current, credit-extending gift trade references. All past due accounts accrue interest at a rate of 18% APR (1.5% per month). Delinquent accounts automatically revert to COD or credit card only. -By providing a credit card and expiration date, you are authorizing Groundwork to charge the credit card at time of purchase. -Credit card orders must provide credit card information at the time the order is placed. -Prices subject to change without notice. If you place an order with an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order. WARRANTY Groundwork products conform to the samples shown at tradeshows, in showrooms and in photographic images in our catalogs. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, minor variations may occur. Most of our merchandise has an antiqued/distressed appearance, the degree of which can vary between pieces. Comsider this a sign of handmade quality. All of our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship and will be replaced at no charge provided the following conditions are met: -Defective merchandise must be reported to Groundwork within five days of receipt of the order. -Shipping damage must be reported to Groundwork or the shipper within 48 hours of receipt of order. -If damamge is due to shipping, all packing materials must be kept for inspection by shipping company. -No claims will be honored if these steps are not taken. SHIPPING -All Groundwork products ship FOB Strasburg, Pennsylvania. -Shipping time is typically 6 to 8 weeks. Some items may be available sooner than others. We make every effort to ship complete and consolidate items to achieve the best shipping rate. -When backorders are necessary, we will ship them as available. All backorders will be shipped unless cancelled by the customer. If you require an order to “ship complete” it must be clearly stated on your order. Please be advised that this requirement may substantially delay your order. -All orders are shipped UPS Ground or in the case of large orders via common carrier. -A packing and handling charge or 2% of product cost ($5 minimum) is added to all shipments. Groundwork does not mark-up UPS charges. RETURNS -Pre-approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping. Freight must be prepaid and product must arrive in as-new condition. -No unauthorized returns will be accepted. -Refused shipments are subject to shipping charges as well as the restocking fee.
